PassbyBnb is a Family hostel located in the heart of the City, a bustling hub of Straits-Chinese shop houses delightfully restored to reflects its old-world chorm.

The best hostel I've ever stayed in- great staff. If you play your cards right, Mr Foo will leave the fridge unlocked at night to help yourselves to beer( Leave the money on the counter). Great guy.
