About Direct-Barcelona Sagrada Familia 2

Fully furnished 80 metres square apartment located in the Sagrada Familia Square.

This apartment has capacity for four - five persons with one double room, one single room and a living room with a convertible sofa bed, a colour TV and DVD. You will also find a kitchen with all the facilities, coffee Makers, Fridge, Microwawe appliances which you need for a good stay, one bathroom with bath and a WC (hairdryer) The apartment has central heating , Room Air Conditionner and all towels, sheets and blankets are included.

MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS
DEPARTURES: NO LATER THAN 11:00

CONDITIONS:

150 E for the safety deposit
Animals are welcome, i.e. cats, dogs ( 6E per day )
46 euros for cleaning

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY 24h/24). It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
10 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
15 euros (23:01 pm to 8:00 am)
