This apartment has one bedroom with two comfortable single beds, a modern bathroom with shower, living room with TV and a comfortable sofa-couch, which can sleep two persons. There is also a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living room.Electric cooker with oven,fridge,microwave,coffeemaker and hotwater boiler. And if that's not enough, it also has its own private entrance

This ground floor apartment is uniquely situated in the old fishermen quarters of Barcelona and was renovated in 2002.

Barceloneta offers you the best fish/shellfish restaurants in Barcelona and is only 10 minutes away from the Gothic quarters. The beach is just round the corner and the Las Ramblas is 20 minutes walk away. We highly recommend that you discover this magic part of Barcelona

There is a refundable security deposit of E150 payable in cash upon arrival. This sum will will be returned to you at the time of your departure, when you hand over the keys (once there are no damages done to the apartment or to its contents).
