SAGRADA FAMILIA
This a fully furnished, good sized apartment in a nice area of Barcelona, just 100 metres from Sagrada Familia.

With a capacity for five , it consists of two double rooms. The living room comes with a sofa-bed and colour TV. We offer a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave.

The apartment also has both air conditioning. Towels, sheets and blankets are included.

Conditions:
150 (Euros) deposit. Refound in the check out day.
40E for cleaning
Animals are welcome, cats, dogs (E9 per day).

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
10 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
15 euros (23:01 pm to 8:00 am)
