PLESE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIRST:

***we DO NOT accept any cancellation by fax or telephone . we need an e-mail 72 hours before. (before noon in Spanish time and before check in date (arriving date). In this case we will charge all amount of your booking.
-We accept cancellation request JUST by email 72 hours before the arrival date before noon according to Spain time. and after check in or during check in we don't accept any changing or cancellation.
-In case of NO SHOW the charging for bookings more than 5 nights would be 2 nights

*ATTENTION TO ALL GROUPS (MORE THAN 5 PERSONS)
THE CANCELATION REQUEST MUST BE SEND TO OUR EMAIL 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE, THOSE WHO SEND LESS THAN 1 WEEK WILL GET CHARGE 50% OF TOTAL AMOUNT.

IMPORTANT:
***we don't accept any request (cancellation or changing) which have sent to another email address.
***We accept those people who are less than 35 years old.
***We charge you minimum 1 night as a guarantee of your confirmed booking before check in date.
*** If you don't arrive approximately around the time that you specified in your booking, your booking could be canceled by us.
***bottom linen included---you can rent sheets and blankets paying 2.50 Euros paying only for the first night.
***for the private rooms there are not age restriction.
***you must have a copy of your reservation arriving to hostel.

*** The minimum nights of your reservation MUST be 5 nights. We cannot accept those bookings which are less than 5 nights.(27th of Decembre till 1st of January)
*** We don't accept any changes, modifications or canceling from 28th of December till 2nd of January.
*** We DON'T accept any reservation out of this range.
*** In case of NO SHOW all amount will be charged. (ALL 5 NIGHTS)
