Art apt. Is a big and beautifully apartment located in the center of barcelona, just a 10 min. Walk from placa catalunya and las ramblas. The apartment was designed just for those travellers looking for a central accommodation with a touch of class.

This grand apartment has been divided in 6 separate private accommodations described below:

3 private studios.(4 Bed Private Ensuite) each sleep 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large sofa/bed in the living area for 2 people, 1 bathroom w/shower, satellite TV, CD player, washing machine, and fully equip kitchen and AIR CONDITIONING!!!. (If you rent one of these studios there is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee & 200 euro 100% refundable security deposit)

2 private double rooms (twin private ensuite) with 2 single beds, tv, air conditioning and private bathroom w/shower.(no kitchen facilities & no cleaning fee necessary for these rooms!)

1 cozy single (single private ensuite) wich is a loft with a low ceiling (1.75m / 5.5ft.)And a short stairway to the room. This cozy room has 1 single bed ,tv, and private bathroom w/shower.(no kitchen facilities & no cleaning fee necessary for this room!)

Apartment conditions

*** THIS APARTMENT REQUIRES A 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM STAY ***

No reception area!!! (the managment office hours are everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. Sundays from 2 pm to 9 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)

Free check in: 11:30 to 21 hrs

Late check in charges:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:29 am)

Check out: 11 am

No luggage storage: if you are leaving barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the sants train station or the nord bus station.)

cash on arrival: (the remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 hrs. Cancellation policy: (please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you 2 nights accommodation.)
