This quite Sky Studio apartment is located in the heart of the Barceloneta, just 2 minutes from the beach and a 20 minute walk from Las Ramblas. It is absolutely perfect for two people looking for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway.

This cozy studio is situated on the 6th floor high in the sky. There is no lift, but this special flat makes the climb worth every step!!!! In the apartment you will find a large, comfy double bed, dinning table & chairs, TV, fully equip kitchen and modern bathroom.. The most unique and special feature of our Sky Studio is the two terraces. One just on the side of the flat which is simply superb for sharing your breakfast with the morning sun and the other ON TOP of the studio. This terrace is great for sunbathing and taking in the most spectacular views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea.

Travellers, if your looking for a little peace and quiet, a special beach getaway, and some amazing, life lasting views of Barcelona, then you will find it all in our super cool Sky Studio.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to narrow staircases at the Barceloneta buildings we strongly recommend you not to bring large, hard suitcases since they can be difficult to carry up the stairs (soft bags might be more suitable).

Apartment Conditions:

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are MONDAY THRU SATURDAY from 9 am to 21 pm and SUNDAYS from 10am to 5pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 12 pm to 21 pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:29 am)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

SECURITY DEPOSIT/CLEANING FEE:
200 euro SECURITY DEPOSIT required(100% refundable at check out.)There is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee. (This 35 euro cleaning fee is to pay to have the apartment cleaned after your stay.)

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.)
