The guesthouse is well furnished, with double bedrooms, a wide living room and a full equipped kitchen. The street on which the Guesthouse is, Duc de la Victoria, is a pedestrian street where you can feel the real ambience of Barcelona, in the best area of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona.

Since it is a 1900 building of the Old Quarter, the guesthouse has high ceilings and has just been decorated with very tasteful furniture. The living room is wide and comfortable, with a sofa with a dinning table to gather with friends or family to eat during your stay. This type of accommodation is the best way to meet people from other parts of the world in the best atmosphere of the Mediterranean way of life. The guesthouse has all the modern conveniences including central heating, TV, washing machine. Two of the double bedrooms have also a balcony where guests can sit and enjoy a coffee.

One of the biggest advantages of being so close to the Catalunya square is that you have ready access to all transport that you may need to move around Barcelona, and to areas further away: 2 subway lines, most of the bus lines, and the trains that take you directly to the Airport, Sitges, Girona, Figueres (Dali museum). In Catalunya square, you will find also the central bus stop for the Tourist buses (for Barcelona tours) and the main Tourist Information Office.
