About Residencia Campus del Mar

Campus del Mar was inaugurated in december 2002. We offer a very spacious and bright apartment (15 or 30 m2). All apartments have a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, heating, tv, telephone and internet connection.
Our guests can enjoy our gym, meeting room, daily cleaning & breakfast service, computer room, reception 24 hours and Parking. There are also rooms available that have been designed for handicapped persons. Campus del Mar is located in the district of Barceloneta, really close to the city center, a traditionally fisherman´s quarter, and the Olympic Village and 2 minutes walking from the beach.

The bedrooms are equipped with a bed measuring 200x90 cm, armoire, writing desk, chairs, desk lamp, bookcase unit and mirror. The hostel provides the mattress with a case, blanket, pillow and bedspread.

The kitchen is fitted with electrical stove plates, smoke extractor and refrigerator. Kitchen utensils consist of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, calender, oil and vinegar bottles, coffee pot, cooking utensils, a water jug... in addition to cleaning appliances: garbage container, broom and shovel and a small frame for drying clothes.
