Very nice property located at the heart of the Gothic quarter in the very center of Barcelona with a romantic atmosphere.

One minute walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Reial, at one of the best spots of the city.

The property has air conditioning in the lounge; double kings size beds, all with shared facilities: livingroom and kitchen free to use and fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer are free of charge. Heating and bed cover on all rooms.

All rooms are with double glazing and double window to avoid noice from the street.

Bed linen, towels upon arrival and 7% VAT tax are included with this rate.

The guest kitchen is fully equiped and available for you to prepare your own meals and breakfast.

Check-in: Please contact us by phone or email in advance to decide a check-in time. There is a charge of 15 EUR if you want to check in after 23.00 pm.

Any cancellation must be advised at least 72 hours in advance prior to the arrival. Otherwise there is a No Show charge of the first night.

There is free WiFi access on all rooms if you bring your lap top.

There is no curfew.
There is one room with private bathroom in the corridor but the bathroom is not ensuite.
