The 'Barcelona Residence' is ideally located in the Old Town,in walking distance to the most interesting,cosmopolitan and dynamic area of the city.During your stay in barcelona,won't you visit in 10 minutes the Cathedral,the Gothic quarter,the Picasso Museum,the Ramblas,Maremagnum,Parc of the city,Arc of triunf ,Plaza Catalunya,Corte ingles,plaza espana and 15 minutes from the Olympic village (beach), etc. There is also a wide variety of restaurants and Bars.

Our rooms are equipped with television, Wifi and we specially guarantee a strict cleanliness. Our guests have access to the lounges and common dining rooms.

We are taking 25E as a deposit to give to you the keys and we will give your money back when you check out. Advise about arrival time.
