Hostal Barrera is a cosy guesthouse located in the historic and architecturally important part of Madrid, an area called The Walk of Art where the main museums of Spain meet: Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Reina Sofia National Art Museum.

We have 14 rooms, all outside rooms, refurbished and equipped with Private bathroom, phone, TV + satellites ( CNN, BBC, Rai Uno, ARD, TV5, Eurosport ), central heating, air conditioned, music, security box, etc.

Atocha Railway Station, Botanical Garden, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are all close by, and not only cultural life but also the night life is pretty near; live music, discotheques, jazz, cinemas, theaters and so on.

CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATIONS WITH NO CHARGE ACCEPTED 48 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. OTHERWISE HOSTAL BARRERA WILL CHARGE 1 NIGHT RATE. IN CASE OF NO SHOW HOSTAL BARRERA WILL CHARGE 1 NIGHT RATE AND RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY.
