The apartment is bright and comfortable. It has two bed rooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen and a small garden as well.

The house is furnished with a TV, fridge, washing machine, beds, etc. Telephone facilities also available.

This is a home away from home. You can live peacefully.

24hrs. Tea & Coffee., You can cook your own food or can order over the telephone. You will get delicious Sri Lankan food/Pizza etc. for a cheap price.

The residents also can use the swimming pool, parks, lakes, in the Millenium City complex.

This is not a gues house and you will be renting the place. If you like you can cook yourself. Please contact the owner before arriving the Summer House. The owner will accept the booking and will give the directions.

Some guests arrive to extend Indian visa. Normaly to get the visa takes about a 3-5 days.
This is ideal to relax and to get away from your busy life.
