About K.S. House Guesthouse

KS House is a five floors guesthouse, no elevator! and located only 5 minutes walk from famous Khao San Road! It has clean functional rooms at reasonable prices, and it's got the services you need for a convenient stay. Laundry is 40 Baht a kilo (with prices for individual items, too).

KS House now has FREE WI-FI Internet connection with your own laptop at the room or lobby or restaurant. Free safety deposit boxes that have a dual key system for added security.

We also have a number of computers in our lobby that you can use to surf the Net for a small fee & available 24hrs.

If you are off on your adventures you can leave you luggage at KS House for free and it's just the day and 10 Baht a day per piece for if a longer period.

We have safety deposit boxes available for service free of charge during you're staying with us.

What's best about KS House is its the Roof-Top restaurant (on 5th floor). Opens from 7am - untill 10pm.It has a cable TV which can also get to watch the latest football games and movies. The restaurant serves Thai food and some western food with reasonably priced,(American Breakfast is only 90 Baht) and It is a great place to meet people and have a good time! And you can use FREE WI-FI Internet with your own laptop at the restaurant and enjoy with great view of Rama 8 bridge!!

Getting to KS House from Suvarnabhumi Airport
If you're coming from the airport you can take an airport bus service No. AE-2 and then get off at Phrasumen Road.

KS House also provides airport pick up by private car.
It's only 600THB/each way.

There is a clinic on the first floor and accross the street from the KS House has a pizza hut and at the corner same road has a bank where you can exchange money, travel check and about 400 meters from the KS House, you can get to the Chao Phraya River where you can catch the Chao Praya express boat to visit The Royal Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Royal Barges, National Museum, General Post office, Silom Road, Sathorn Road and connect with BTS SkyTrain service

KS House is also working with www.travelconnecxion.com an online travel agent, for booking all your travels in Thailand and asia, they can arrange the air ticket, buses and train ticket both domestic and international.
