We have air-conditoned rooms and fan rooms.

Every room has a private bathroom with hot water shower, balcony and each room has a new innerspring matress.

As for the price, a Fan Room is 280-330-390 THB/Night (Single-Double or twins-Trible), And anditional 100 THB/night if you want to use an Air-con.

Our guesthouse is located inside the old city walls and close to all the cultural sites. By walking: 12minutes to Night Market; 5 minutes to the old city moat. The staff are ready to serve you and make your Chiang Mai stay be memorable.
