Hotel Sumengen, a converted old Ottoman House, has recently been completely renewed and decorated in Ottoman style. The hotel situated on a truly excellent location and surrounded by all major historical and cultural sights in the heart of the old city of Istanbul. The hotel terrace, restaurant and the newly introduced sea view rooms with jacuzzi, offers an excellent panoramic view of the bosphorus, the sea of Marmara and the Asian side of Istanbul.

Sumengen Hotel is newly renovated in 2008. The property was 33 rooms before the renovation; have only 25 large rooms with special design private bathrooms. Standard Room, Deluxe room, Sea View room with Jacuzzi and Family Room types.

All guest rooms are equipped with a large private bathroom (bathtub & WC,) direct dial telephone, air conditioning, LCD TV & cable tv system with CNN,BBC (...etc), mini-bar, central heating, hair-dryer, free wireless internet access and safety boxes at the reception.
