Close to snowy cotton fields, this historic inn is situated just a short walk from the main square. The Rutledge Inn offers a refreshing approach to vacationing. We welcome you to share our bit of southern paradise. Take your time to share our area, and we will have your bed turned down when you get back - complete with a homemade pecan praline on your pillow.
From the local vinyard providing tasty sherry, to the freshest produce from local farmers markets to prepare your breakfasts, to the gental lowing of the cows in the nearby pastures, you will get the feel for the real south.
There are currently two guesrooms with a lovely shared bath from which to choose. Each features comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, eclectic artwork and original heart pine flooring. And soon there will be a detached apartment complete with small kitchen for an extended stay or a special cozy getaway.
