European Property is centrally located south of market (soma) area between Downtown and the Castro, close to all the major attractions and sites. We are also just three blocks to the Cable Cars, New shopping mall, Convention Center and the San Francisco Visitor's Bureau, walking distance to Union Square, China Town, City Hall, Public Library, and Civic Center.

Public transport, BART stations, Muni buses etc are just couple of blocks away, and just two blocks away are all the major night clubs, bars and exotic restaurants.

European Property is an old Victorian 4TH STORY building with 24 hours access, TV lounge, full kitchen with complimentary morning coffee, and a roof top with a great view for the guests. The property is clean, quiet and cozy. Car parking available at low prices. we do not have our own parking... but there are plenty of paking garages around the area. If you looking for very basic place in sanfrancisco with a very reasonable price you must visit us.

We are keeping our prices low for backpakers and students, so you can use the cash for the other use while you are visiting one of the most beautiful city on the earth. WE ARE A REAL HOSTEL NOT A HOTEL CONVERTING SOME OF THE ROOMS INTO HOSTEL LIKE. we try our best to keep the property as clean as possible all the time. we encourage our guests to give us feedback and make themself as comfortable as possible while they are staying at our hostel. OUR DAILY HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS. WHILE YOU ARE STAYING WITH US YOU CAN REQUEST TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM DAILY BASIS.

we also try to help the local community to reserve some of our beds for them. you know san francisco ..it is very expensive, so we incourage local communities also benefit from hosteling. Hosteling should be fun with all kind of characters.

We accept visa, mastercard only. we have 2% surchage for the credit card transactions. Off couse you can also pay cash or traveler's check.

Please note that our office is open 24 hours a day for your service. All cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance.OTHER WISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

we offer WIFI INTERNET access to all our guests for free of charge. WE ARE A YOUTH HOSTEL SO WE ARE KEEPING OUR PLACE LIKE A YOUTH HOSTEL WITH BASIC SERVICE.

WE OFFEE DAILY HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE ON YOUR REQUEST. WE ALSO HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH DAILY ACTIVITIES, LIKE A GROUP DINNER, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND MANAGEMENT HAS NO INVOLMENT WITH THE GROUP COOKING, IT IS STRICKLY VOLUNTEER BY GUESTS.
