This is your only chance to 'get nicked' and 'do time' behind the walls of the oldest prison in New Zealand.
Yes it really is a prison! We have cells, dorms, singles and doubles available which have comfy duvets on the beds. The hostel is just minutes from the town, the beach and the Ocean Spa.
Features of our hostel include free internet, free pick-up and drop-off by arrangement, discounted tour of the prison, free tea ,coffee, luggage storage. There is also a BBQ, bikes, laundry, while the staff are friendly and the hostel is secure.
