Guesthouse is located 8 minutes on foot from the centre of Split and 5 minutes on foot from pine forest Marjan. Pine forest is sourended by beaches.House is on the groundfloor, it has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and dining room are for common use as well as grill in the garden.You can enjoy relaxed atmosphere in the garden, using barbecue and relaxing in hammek ( from June) as well as meeting other travellers in common kitchen and dining room, watching tv or exchanging experiance on your travelling.Owner rent a bike ( 8 Euro per day)and may organize one day trip to omis (25 km from Split) which include rafting on the river Cetina.Other trips may be organized as well.Use of laundry on request and payment. Owner speaks English, Italian and German.
