Wellcome to Nervi little lakes, enchanting place, wonderful landscape with its pool of crystal water, ideal for quiet holidays, immersed in uncontaminated nature, 2Km from the beach and near to the most turist place of cultural interestThe house is in the middle of Nervi hills and it’s far away the traffic and the sound of the city because, going along an old “cruza” (a Tipycal hilly path through skirted of stone-wall) YOU CAN REACH IT ONLY BY MOUNTAIN BIKE, BY MOTO OR BY FOOT, walking for 20minutes through olives tree and wood.The propery comprises 7 hectare of land: there is a little vegetable garden, one little square, where it is possible to organize barbcue or otside lunch; there are big gardens equipped for ciltren play and for the grown-ups (game of bowls)The apartment has independent entrance, it’s an old country-house ground floor of a little village of 1700, called “Molinetti”. Recently restored with original material, the flat is divided in two arcade and still keeps its authentic ambient that once was a cowshed: the manger and the olive press stone give to it a warm athmosphere.The apartment has wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tiles flooring; it is composed by 30mq large room, a kitchen full optioned and bathoom lined of marble slab and slate. The room is fitted with a big chestwood table and two double divan-bed (4 place) one wardrobe, tv satellite and music facility system. Notes-Week-end two night at least (friday+saturday or saturday+ sunday)-Lugguage carriage availability-Dogs admitted if holded on leash-BED LINEN AND BATH-TOWELS ONLY IF REQUESTED: 5 EURO/PERSON-The price is inclusive of final cleaning and power consumption-Breakfast is included: in the kitchen You can find italian cafe, milk, juices, butter, biscuts ecc -The appartment is 3.5 km. far to Nervi city, were you can find restaurant, shops, railways station, bus stop, highway and 10 km far from the center of Genoa.
