Cancellation Policy &TermsDear guests,we hope that you will not have to cancel your reservation but it is important to understand the need for our policy. Unlike hotels, with hundreds of rooms, we do not overbook. Therefore, we need ample time to rebook your reservation should you need to cancel. The need for this policy is very important for the success of our Guest House. We hope you understand.CANCELLATION CHARGESYou will need to hold your reservation with a credit card to guarantee it. No refunds are available for early departures. We are not able to give refunds due to last minute cancellations.Cancellation Notice 7+ days full amount (it doesn't include the deposit)less than 7 days 50% chargeno show full amount of stay chargedIn other words, if you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival date, there will be no charge.If you cancel 7 days or less prior to the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total stay.
