WARNINGbookings involving any Carnaval date (2009 Feb 19 - Feb 25) should have a minimum stay of 7 nights at the carnaval rate, if not, the due balance will be recalculated by the host provider or otherwise booking will be cancelled and not refunded.Cozy houses with private, shared and apartment rooms, located at Barra and Pelourinho, close to the nicest beaches and Carnaval Parade. We organized cultural and entertainment in-house events, as Art Exhibitions, Dance-Percussion classes, in-house parties and more.Plus- 5 languages spoken- Owners at front desk- Internet - DVD and Satellite TV- Garden and Private area- Bar and Room Service - Friends on Private rooms permited.- VERY nice exotic drinks!!!WARNINGBookings involving any date of the Carnaval period (2009 Feb 19 - Feb 25) must have a minimum of seven days at carnaval rate to be accepted, otherwise Open House will not be responsible for refunding.Cancellations will be refunded at 75% only if made with 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card acceptance depends on Paypal transaction approval, if rejected payments shall be made in cash.
