Gracious and elegant with a small private garden, the apartment is located in the hart of the most authentic ancient Venice, few minutes from the most classical touristic destinations. Just restructured the house presents one big bathroom with shower one double room and a completley furnished kitchen corner and all the COMFORTS you can desire :• air conditioned - ground floor, confortable for loggages• TV• safe box• armour doors• laundry• dish washerCrockery, towels, bed linnen are included.Please note:Check-in is between 3 pm untill 7 pmcheck out before 10.30 amthere is not a reception in the apartment, so the arrival must be arranged and confirmed in advance directly with the apartment owner so please as soon as possible the customer must notify by e-mail/phone his expected time of arrival no later than 3 days before the arrival date.The total ammount must be paid by cash at your arrival.If the customer fails to furnish the arrival information, the apartment will be not liable for any inconveniences encountered upon arrival.
