About Sartour Camp site

PLEASE NOTE : We only take Couples, Families (couples with children) and Female Travellers !

Single MALE customers with booking have 2 OPTIONS. Option 1: Keeping the booking and using alternative camp site provided by us - in case we have one. No strings attached, but almost always possible (95% security). Option 2: Cancellation of the booking - deposit does not get refunded, sorry !

For single MALE customers without booking : We can provide you with camp site (the same standard or better than our camp site) in the same price class and in the same vicinity as our hostel. Please come directly to our reception office in order to use this service.

PLEASE NOTE : The prices listed do NOT include taxes, linen or towels. Obligatory taxes are being extra added to balance due (optional linen and / or towels only upon request).

PLEASE NOTE : Deposit of 10 % along with service charge is NOT being included in/added to balance due !

PLEASE NOTE : Read following description carefully !

SARTOUR CAMP SITE :

Double room / female dorm on booking engine for 3.34 euros is a TENT (or place for a tent - in case you want to use a tent).

Our camp site offers both our small tents for 2 persons (4 sided Sierra type) and places for tents up to max 8 tents for 2 people.

Every tent has access to electricity and running water along with full bathroom with shower and toilette.

Our tents are complete and have matraces and/or sleeping bags inside, and linen can be rented too.

They can be used as storage places in case you would like to put up your own tent (every booking means both possibility to use our tent or your own !)

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Sarajevo is situated in mountains. Our camp works whole year around - but we keep our own tents up only between early MAY TO END OF SEPTEMBER (ideal time for camping).

GROUPS :

We accept only a.) female groups b.) full families (mother+father+kid/-s). Group is 3 and/or more people. Single male groups can use alternative camping places provided by us.

CITY TOURS :

We even give city tours if required - for as low as 10 euros per person per tour. Minimum number of participants 2 persons. Our 20th century tours belong to top city highlights in opinion of many guide books.

CAR PICK-ups:

Free of charge car pick up possible within city boundaries, for Airport and East Sarajevo (Lukavica) min. 10 nights required (but not drop off after stay and it is not interchangeable).

To avoid surprises and possible dissapointment read this:

a.) Relatively centrally located though - our camp site is around 320 meters away from the main street, and you need good 10 minutes normal walk to get there.

b.) Lock-out: 11.00 - 17.00 every day (11.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m.) with possibility to stay in the camp during that time. This lock-out is only POTENTIAL (being very rarely applied) and most of the time is camp site fully open even throughout this time !

c.) No curfew - but house silence 24.00 - 06.00 (00.00 a.m - 06.00 a.m.) - no loud music and meetings during that time.

d.) Sartour Camp Site is NOT suitable for parties. Our partner camp sites provide facilities for parties and BBQ-s.
