Welcome to the 1st Property in Cumbuco. We offer great value and superb, top quality accommodation in the heart of the Kiters Paradise.
It´s designed for travellers who want to Stay First Class & Pay Budget looking for a fun place far away from home.
The crisp white linen and big fluffy pillows will ensure a peaceful nights rest in our spacious rooms.

All rooms are new with nice wooden furniture and have a Fan, Mini Bar and are very spacious with 25m2 or more and have double or single beds.

Each room has its own bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer.

Here it´s easy to meet other kitesurfers, the Cumbuco-Property is the best value place to stay on your trip to Brazil.

We are located minutes from Downtown and only seconds away from the beach where you will find a wonderful spot for Kitesurfing.

Make use of the complete kitchen if you like to cook yourself or use the barbecue place to have a grilled fresh fish or the famous brazilian steaks or just relax on the windy varanda in a nice and comfortable hammock.
