Pousada Celacanto has been in existence for 4 years, and in this time we have been continuously improving the quality of our services and rooms in order to satisfy the needs of our guests. Here our guests will find a mix of rustic and homely furniture, a pleasant environment to suit almost all the types of people.

Here you will find pure air, security and easy access around town in one of the most privileged areas of Rio de Janeiro between the ecologic reserve of Prainha e Barra da Tijuca, a place with the most beautiful beaches of Rio.

The Celacanto has 10 suites of different sizes, being able to accommodate families of up to 5 people. We offer rooms for long or short term stay for attractive prices.
Near the hostel there are many choices for sports lovers of all ages; ecologic sport, surfing, parachuting, and family activities such as the Rio water planet (Aqua Park).
