Soak up the sun overlooking Dubrovnik's old town and Island of Lokrum in a magical garden. Duje rooms are located in Ploce area, which is Dubrovnik's most exclusive suburb. Within only 3 minutes walk you will discover breath taking old town city centre, the famous beach banje, shopping, nightlife, public transport and whole lot more.

The property provides two rooms for our guests. Both rooms have full access to the breathtaking garden, which has beautiful seating and BBQ area. Our double room can accommodate up to 4 people (capacity max 4 people). Overlooking the sea this room has a queen bed and sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more people.With that it has its own private bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Our twin room (capacity max 3 people) has two single beds as well as a sofa bed. private bathroom and mini kitchenette for basic cooking needs.

If you wish to book for 3 people, you will need to pay additional 150 Kuna for the third person in the law season (from 1 October until 31 March) and 300 Kuna in high season (from 1 April until 31 September).

Laundry service is available as well upon request with the price of 50 Kuna per bag. You can check-in after 2 p.m. or sooner if the rooms are ready. Check out is at 11 a.m.

We provide meet and greet services for all our guest including local tourist information, that can optimize your time and money.
