A brand new accommodation concept for Dunedin. LivingSpace Dunedin offers funky affordable hotel style accommodation located at the city end of the renowned Castle Street.
All of our studio's offer queen size beds, 26' LCD televisions with 5 sky channels, high speed internet connection, a desk with direct dial phone and voicemail, sexy new glass bathrooms and a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities.
LivingSpace is very warm with central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available.
Other facilities include a movie theatre, guest laundry, internet suite, guest lounge with balcony and two communal kitchens with dining area's.
LivingSpace is centrally located with the Octagon, Hospital, University, Polytechnic within very easy walking distance. A supermarket(New World) is located a 2 minute walk from our front door.
