The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with parking, the sea is 10 minutes walk away (rocky coast) while beaches (the first famous beach is at 2 kilometres) can be reached by bus (near the apartament) or car.
The apartment is in via Antonio Vivaldi n. 5, 700 meters from Lungomare Valencia e 900 meters from the old town, near supermarkets, restaurants, shops and pub. Air conditioned, completely furnished (T.V., hi-fi system, videoplayer, electric heating, kitchen utensils, English Coffe maker, toaster, juicer, crepe maker, meat grill, gas cooker, refridgerator, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, phon hair).
The apartment offers two bed rooms (two double bed and one single beed), a living room with a sofa bed, an american kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with bbq.
The price is all inclusive (also bed and bathroom linen)
Payment on arrival ; for the final cleaning there are euro 25,00 to pay. We accept only cash.
The 5° bed is free.
The apartament is available from 16.00 p.m. of the arrival day and until 11.00 a.m. of the departure day.
