This large farmhouse (350 m2) is located 35Km from Grosseto on the way to Siena near Montalcino, it dates back to the early 1900s and set inside a large property of 800 ha with woods with typical Mediterranean shrubbery and organic farming.
Location: very peaceful position, ideal for going for walks inside the property with also includes the fauna oasis, an archaeological site with the remains of Roman spa facilities, as wells as two small lakes.
Services and activities: outdoor area and equipped portico, barbecue, access to the property along 900 m of dirt track road in good condition, parking, two small lakes for sport fishing (upon payment).
Composition: at the ground floor there are entrance to the large living/dining room (satellite TV), restaurant-type kitchen (oven, freezer) with access to the outside, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower from where you access 1 single bedroom, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower suitable for disabled persons.
All of the bedrooms have direct access to the outside.
Composition: at the first floor there are access from an internal spiral and an external staircase to the living room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower from each of which you access a single bedroom.
4 bikes are available. Air conditioning. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-beds available. Air conditioning.
Check-in: 5pm to 8pm.
Check-out: before 11am.
Payment: Cash only, on arrival.
