B&B Tre Fre' is a a La Spezia city centre B&B, close to the Railway Station (80 metres), adjacent to the pedestrian area where enjoy shopping and cultural attractions.

The natural choice for the discerning visitor of the Cinque Terre (7 minutes by train), Portovenere and Lerici (20 minutes bybus), we offer the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

We also offer a friendly and premier guest service to ensure a memorable experience.

Nearby Typical restaurant (within walking distance) offers our guests special prices at lunch and or dinner (Euro 15 per person) consisting of a two-course meal (pasta or soup, and meat or fish), side dishes, coffee and drinks (1/2 l. mineral water).

Just across the street there is a quiet pedestrian area with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants. Within walking distance enjoy the magnificent Public Gardens and the lovely promenade along the sea. Ferries for Portovenere, the isle of Palmaria, Lerici, Tellaro, Cinque Terre and the main seaside resorts leave daily.

At your arrival you need to call the owner (Paolo) in order to arrange check-in procedures (because we are not always in the building).

Check-in starts from 10:00am - till 11:00pm (with the exception of any special agreements.)

We will make arrangements for late check-ins on request, an extra 10 euros fee applies between 11:30 to 02:00am.
