About Residence Paradise

The new built Residence Paradise is a family business, situated in a sunny position near the beach of Lake Garda (ca. 200 mts.), near the Yacht Club Fraglia della Vela di Riva and the S.Nicolo harbour (ca. 500 mts.) and the old city-centre of Riva (ca. 700 mts).

You can also reach the centre walking along the beach of the lake.

Furthermore Residence Paradise is not situated on the main road even it is very close to the most charming spots of Riva del Garda.

Residence Paradise is a convenient point for walking (along the beach or in the mountains), biking and shopping. In our resort we have reception-desk, lift, garden, deckchairs, sun-beds grill-area, playground, garage, parking-sites.

For the ones, who would like to benefit of some more hours of sun we place free at their disposal a room with shower and toilet. On request we rent also baby-beds, baby-chairs and pushchairs.

Internet access from every apartment.

We also offer a deposit for bikes and surf-boards.

All apartments are newly furnished in a modern and nice style. Every flat has a balcony or a terrace and SAT-TV. The flats are for 2 to 6 persons and 35 qms to 60 qms large. Our guests can also use the large number of offers of Residence Filanda (1000 m distance) such as: swimming pool (20x10x2 m), tennis (hard-court, a free hour per week per apartment is included), table-tennis table and a large park (10.000 qms).

These services are also included in the price. Both residences are connected with an excellent public bus service. The bus stops are 100 m away. Small pets are allowed. (But please.... no 'elephants')

For the sportsmen we can give advice on the area, free maps showing the best tours, detailed weather forecasts, tools for small repairs as well as discounts on bike/windsurfer rental, bike repairs, windsurfing and climbing courses.

Cancellation Policy 72 Hours.
Extra Costs:
Final Cleaning can be done from the customer or if it's done from us 35 Euro.
Linen and Towels are not included and the price for renting them is 11 Euro per person
Internet: 3 Euro per Hour.
Heat 1 euro per cubic meter.
Rent tennis court 7 Euro per hour
Baby Crib 16 Euro per week
