About Residence Filanda

Residence Filanda is close to the main resort town of Riva del Garda, just 1.5 kms from the beach and 2 kms from the old city centre. This fabulous Residence caters for all needs, those with children, those who like to get in touch with nature, those who prefer an active holiday, those who are keen on culture, the sportsmen or perhaps just love the gastronomical specialities of the area.

The apartments are large, up to 60 sq m/645 sq ft in size, all having a balcony or terrace, with either one, two, or three rooms to accommodate two to six people. The rooms have been totally renovated and are air-conditioned/heated, with SAT-TV & safe.
They are comfortable and clean to ensure you sleep well.

The Residence also has a lift, reception, internet points, launderette, and a bar with a terrace onto the swimming pool where you can obtain sandwiches, pizzette, cocktails, coffee etc. There is a large, shady parking area together with a bike/surf/motorbike storage area which is under video surveillance.

The swimming-pool for adults (20x10x2m) and for children (4.50x4.50x0.60m) offers fun, relaxation and amusement. There are sun beds, deckchairs, garden benches and tables surrounding the pool.

In the garden there is also a tennis court, table-tennis table, bowls court, volleyball/football pitches, playground and grill area, where you can enjoy your dinner with a cold beer or a good glass of wine under a starry sky.
