The B&B "La casetta di via Cota" is in a little late XIX century building in the old area next to the church of San Lazzaro. This ancient house has recently undergone a housing project of conservative restoration, looked after by its owners with great passion. The architect Elena Maurichi dealt with the restoration, succeeding in giving a new life and a new value to the old structures using new materials. The result is a place of great harmony where simplicity matches perfectly with a refined style.

The bedroom, elegant and inviting with its arris vault, is fully equipped. From the bright living room, ideal for your relax, a modern wooden staircase takes you to the terrace where you can have breakfast during the sunny days.
We have a double room where we can add another bed at the cost of 27 Euro. Also that double room can become twin if you are interested in.
