About B&B-Biennale

Accomodation "Biennale"is located in the middle of the only big park in St. Elena, a pretty and lovely green iseland at just twenty/thirty minutes, walking, from St. Mark square.At only five minutes, by "bus-boat" from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale or S.Elena, in case You do not want crossing bridges with trolly, boat-stop). Pubblic transport working all night long, too. No hight water area.

It is up to three steeps from ground level, and including one kitchenette (normally self-catering), plus sitting room-dining room, one big and confortable sleeping room (double sharing bed). One confortable sofa-bed, eventually for a third perso, in the sitting-dining room. The bathroom is new and big (Wc-bidet- and a wide shower).
There is a good size color TV and internet plug connection (normally not included in the price).

We also have an indipendent second double-room, for two persons, with not kitchen use. It is very pretty and nice, "antico veneziano Style", with self fridge, elettric coffe and thea machine, TV with DVD and internet connection.
Accomodation Biennale is at just five minutes, by boat, from Lido's beach, and from St. Mark square, too.

Check out time at 21.00-9 a.m.

Breakfast possible on request at an extra charge in a bar nearby. Please ask if interested.
Please note that prices online are per person but if you book private rooms you will have to pay for the entire room (double, triple, etc.).

For long periods, it is possible to make an agreement with the owner to use the kitchen.
