Venice Historic center(Dorsoduro quarter, near the small S. Nicola dei Mendicoli church, the most ancient in Venice).

Approximatively 10 minutes from the railway station. Two nice and romantic rooms inside an apartment on the first floor, in an old venetian building from the XVth century, with the view on a the 'rio', typical venetian canal.

The house is close to Campo Santa Margherita, where there are numerous pubs and restaurants(the center of venetian night life), to the Zattere 'promenade', and to the Gallerie dell'Accademia (where you can see the masterpieces by Bellini, Titian, Tintoretto and more). The accommodation is based on: > - double room > -private bathroom; > -breakfast (there is a sweet cat in the house)
