About Bolod's Suburb Guesthouse

My suburb guesthouse is located on Peace Avenue that links Sukhbaatar Square and the Chinggiss Khaan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar. The location is at 7km from the airport, 7km from train station and at 10km from Sukhbaatar Square. In cold winter, I invite you to stay out of the very crowded city center. In the mornings and evenings, I drive my guests to the city center and back free of charge. By the way, a station of airport bus No. 22 is at 60meters from the guesthouse. The appartment is on 2nd floor of a 3-storey yellow building which is connected to central heating and water supply. It has 2 rooms with high ceilings and big windows, a shower room, a toilet, a balcony and a kitchen. Staying in my suburb guesthouse, you can also observe how common people of Ulaanbaatar live as well as you visit suburb a school and a suburb kindergarden.

Supermarkets, canteens and a high-speed internet cafe are found at 40-200meters from us.
