About Pirwa Backpackers Colonial

Our hostel is attended by its owners so it is a comfortable, friendly place with a homely and welcoming atmosphere, close to centre, with all basic services and checkout time of 12 Noon.

We offer dorms for 4, 6 and 9 people, but if you prefer we have double rooms with bathroom private y shared, is a beautifully converted colonial house located in the heart of Cusco. The maximum capacity is 70 beds.

The Hostel is located within 2 blocks from Cusco's main plaza.

The easiest way to get here is simply jump into a taxi and ask for 'Plaza San Francisco 360', the taxi costs about 7 soles from the airport (less than 3 dollars) and 3 soles from anywhere else in town.

Listed a National Monument in 1584, Pirwa Hostel certainly doesn't lack in character. The 15th century colonial building has common areas were one can enjoy the sun shine and the breeze. There are two patios with twelve stone arches and the stairs made from stone worked by hand including the hand rail and encrusted stone lion.

Located at plaza san Francisco #360, near the centre of town , at only two blocks from Plaza de Armas del Cusco, We are near from the centre where you can find restaurants, shops, agencies and bars/clubs. Bus stations and the airport are a short taxi ride from the hostel.
