The Stallion 314 is a modern, comfortable and stylishly furnished self-contained luxury apartment. Situated in the heart of Cape Town on the South African Atlantic coast, this secure and up market residential estate offers peace, tranquility and privacy.

The estate is surrounded by the well-known old Milnerton racecourse - where thoroughbreds still practice - as well as an indigenous Fynbos reserve.

Spectacular views of Table Mountain and the fresh breeze from Blaauwberg beach is yours to savor from the relaxing and spacious third floor balcony, the highlight of your stay.

Whether you are on a business trip or enjoying a well-deserved vacation, your experience at The Stallion 314 will leave you relaxed and revitalized at your departure.

Main features

The Stallion 314 comprises a modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee facilities.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (bath and shower), a separate entertainment area and sleeps 6 people (one double bed, two single beds and a double sleeper couch).
Added features are a step out balcony overlooking majestic Table Mountain.

Bed linen & bath towels are provided.
One secure undercover parking bay as well as visitor parking is available.
Access to the estate is controlled 24 hours a day.

Although the apartment is a non-smoking establishment, smoking is allowed on the balcony.
