The Hotel Can Tem is situated in a central position, , which is however without cars given that it is located in a pedestrianized street in the historical centre of Alcudia, between the church square and the main street.
It is an old laborers house, dating from the 17th Century, which has been restored with care maintaining the important elements of the traditional architecture but at the same time equipping it with all modern conveniences.
