After creating a series of new apartments in Valencia, you can enjoy 6 furnished apartments , new and located in a restored building dating from the end of the 19th century, next to the historic quarter of Valencia. You can rent them for a day, a week or a weekend. Running water, electric light, cleaning service, linen and whites changing included.

You can also book a catering service. There are 4 apartments with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and American kitchen; 2 duplex apartments with attic and solarium overlooking Valencia's botanic garden. Capacity of 4 people.

The apartments are in the first, second and third floor of the building and the mezzanine is used for services. There is also possible to use the car park.

All the apartments have air conditioning and they are furnished by a well-known interior decorator in Valencia, each one with a different style. The households items, the bed linen, the whites and furniture are all new and designer items.
