About B&B Viareggio
Lovely B&B situated in Viareggio downtown in a typical Viareggina House just 400m far away from beaches, 100 from the main park (Pineta di Ponente) and 200 m from the shopping area (around 900 shops). All most Versilia & Viareggio interesting places to see are reacheable by foot or via bicycle path (cycle rent in park "Pineta Ponente"). Bicycling is a common sport in area and are available bicycle paths.
B&B Viareggio is ideal place to stay to have sunbath on most beatiful italian beaches (litorale di ponente 400m, Forte dei Marmi a 10 km, 10') or as center to visit Tuscany (Teatro Pucciniano a 5 km, Lucca 25 km, 15' by highway o railway; Pisa 25 km, 15' by highway A12 o railway; Firenze 90 km, 50' highway A11) e/o natural park (Parco Naturale di Migliarino san Rossore 7 km, Parco Naturale delle Alpi Apuane 20 km, WWF areas).
B&B Viareggio opened 1° July 2008 after completely restructuring. Original building structure & attitude of '800 has been maintained (typical architectural named 'Viareggina', based on two floor disposal & typical material & color).
B&B Viareggio is composed by three rooms, a triple room composed by a double room, a single room and a private bathroom, and two double rooms with a common bathroom, it's avalaible a single room. All rooms are equipped with fridgebar, WI - FI connection (free of charge), air conditioning system, TV and new equipped. All bathrooms are as well new.
B&B Viareggio has a garden (partly veranda) available guests equipped with garden furniture used to serve breakfast (continental breakfast available on demand).
