If you want to spend your vacation in Dubrovnik with your family or friends in a modern and comfortable apartment close to a beach, Pervanovo Appartements is a good choice.

Pervanovo owns 17 apartments in eight villas located in Lapad, 400 m from one of the most popular beaches in Dubrovnik. The apartments are new and equipped to the highest standard. All apartments have air condition, modern furniture, HD-TVs, DVD-players, balconies, washing machines e.t.c. Most of them have also a nice sea view.
The apartments are from 60 - 120 square meters, with two to three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and several bathrooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cleaning once a week.
Wired Internet is available and is free of charge.
Free Private parking is possible on site.
The whole area of Pervanovo apartments is a completely smoke-free zone.
