La Plaza Residence is located in Levanzo, the smallest of the Aegadian islands, easily reachable from the port of Trapani in just 8 minutes by hydrofoil. The apartments are a few steps away from the small port, and they are easily reachable by foot once docked on the island. The structure is made up of 7 apartments, each with its small terrace with view on the sea. The apartments can host maximum 4 persons each. An holiday at La Plaza Residence will make you enjoy the naturalistic beauties of an island for several aspects still uncontaminated.

Bright and lively all our apartments are equipped with the following conforts:

- liveable and completely equipped kitchen;
- double room;
- double sofa bed;
- air conditioning;
- TV;
- little terrace with view on the sea;
24h independent access.

- Children younger than 3 years (free cot on demand) free of charge;
- Cot for children of more than 3 years old E 7,00 per day / E 50,00 per week;
- Children from 3 to 12 years old 50% reduction;
- During the high season minimum 3 nights stay required;
- Pets allowed: small sized and educated cats and dogs, (equipped with own cage and hygienic kit);
- E 100, 00 of bailment (it will be returned at the end of the stay after that our staff will check the apartment);
- E 30,00 of addition if you let the cooking corner uncleaned (deductible from the bailment);
- The price includes: all consumptions (electric energy, water, gas), and weekly change of towels and bedlinen. The final washing up of the apartment will be charged to the customers (E 35,00) as well as the telephone and the internet connection expenses.

Check-in: after 2pm, until midnight.
Check-out: before 9:30am.
