About Residenza Alle Zattere

In an ancient Venetian palace of the XII century there is the "Residenza alle Zattere", an elegant and comfortable place where you can spend unforgettable holidays in a quiet and secret part of Venice.

Rooms are wide, bright and full of any comfort (single bathroom, breakfast in the room, 42'' plasma TV, wi-fi, jacuzzi, hairdryer, air conditioning). Some rooms have a fine view over the canal, others over the private garden. Residenza Alle Zattere is at about 100 m from one of the most charming places in Venice, the Zattere, close to the Accademia, and about 10 minutes' walk from Rialto and Piazza San Marco. At the Zattere you can have long walks, you can lunch, have an ice cream with a wonderful sight over the Laguna.

The palace has a private garden where you can have breakfast, and you can spend hours in full relax.
