We offer you 2 one-room apartments, which are in the historical building, reconstructed and refurnished in 2008
and 1 three-room apartment located at Prague 3, Blodkova str., 8

Apartment 1. (address: Wenzigova 15)
This is a room for 3 persons with double bed (beds can´t be pulled apart), convertible sofa (it converts into the 3rd bed), TV with satellite.
Kitchenette:fully equipped - crockery, a fridge, a two-ring cooker, a microwave, dishwasher, iron and a kettle.
Bathroom: washbasin, shower unit, and WC.

Apartment 2. (address: Wenzigova 15)
This is a lovely apartment with double bed (which can't be pulled apart), two armchairs, which converts into the very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, a dishwasher, an iron and electric kettle), and a bathroom with shower bath and separate WC. The room is equipped with LCD television set (satellite) with 1000 programs.

Apartment 3 ( address: Blodkova 8 )

It is a nice modern apartment with two separete bedrooms. The apartment is located on groundfloor of a building situated on a quiet street. The total area of the apartment is 58 m2. There are 2 small separate bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom with shower unit and WC, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cooking stove with hot-air oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, iron, dishwasher) where there is a convertible sofa (for 2 persons - 140cm wide) , a TV with satelite and a computer with internet access. There is possible to use phone and fax. There is also small room with washing machine and ironing table with iron in the apartment. Both bedrooms are separate and have their own entrances from the kitchen.

Location
The apartment is located in the city centre, around 10 min on foot from Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske naměsti - Prague's main thoroughfare). In view of the building's location near the tourist centre of Prague it is possible to get to a lot of historical sights on foot. You can take a tram to the heart of the Old Town (i.e. the tourist centre of Prague). It is possible to take a night tram at night. This one also goes to the Old Town. There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and nightclubs within walking distance of the apartment.

Parking
As this apartment is located in the city centre, it is not possible to park on the street in front of the house or in any of the side streets free of charge. You can park only in a few streets in the neighbourhood (with parking meters), which are intended for paid public parking. However, this parking is not guarded.
