The Ottaviani Pension receives its guests in the heart of Florence, in the historical area of Santa Maria Novella; the characteristic Piazza Ottaviani is just a few steps away from the city's main squares and monuments of artistic and historical interest.

The Ottaviani Pension accommodates its guests in double rooms, rooms for 3 people, and rooms for 4 people (maximum capacity 53 guests), in some cases with bath and shower ensuite.
There are also a wide dining room and TV room for guests.

The building which the "Ottaviani Pension" is situated in, confines on one side with the Ariston cinema and on the other with the complex, which hosted the former Leopoldine nuns of S.Paolo. The palace displays at its entrance an evocative plate in bound stone from the Fine Arts, for its historical importance. The building for several centuries has been in fact an integrating element of the area occupied by one of the more important Florentine hospitals: "Spedale di S.Paolo", in 1500, it reached its maximum capacity nearly occupying the entire block between Ottaviani and the public square, via Palazzuolo, via del Porcellana, via Della Scala and S.Maria Novella public square.
