Cancellation policy:
You should give us 3 full days notice before arrival of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in a one-night charge on your card. No modifications can be made without charge after the 3 full days prior arrival cancellation deadline.
We don't accept phone cancellations.

After your arrival we can not refund money. If you want to cancel any of the nights you booked you have to let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive
