About B&B Gabriel La Rambla Gluten Free

bb gabriel & frineds is a private apartaments where gabriel and his friends lives and rents the rooms to spend time at the heart of barcelona, in the gotic barrio.
we are not hostel we are not pension no turistic apartament
gabriel and his friends have 3 apartament, one is luxory at the rambla area colomb
one is luxory at the rambla area carrer ample, one is at the beach barceloneta,
the apartaments are at the 4 level without left....then is not ok for very old persons or for who has some problem.
in carrer ample and barceloneta we have a apartament at the first floor with out elevator, then if you have problem with the apartament at the 4 level, advise us that we give to you the one at the first level.

2 rooms for 2-3-4 persons each with salon & balcony . the modern bathroom is to share, with max other 6 persons and is very confortable, cleaned and higienic.

1 big big salon very beatfull with 3 sofa, puff television and dvd. it is to share for every one that live in the apartament

1 room suite: is costituied from 2 room (2 different private entry) and a private bathroom, with television and balcony. this suite room is very very beatfull. some times this suite room is divided in 2 different room: one single/double /triple room with bathroom private but with out balcony and second one single/double room with a share bathroom (see the single double room up).
the kitchen: is completly furnished and you can use it to make self service breakfast, a caffe, the, warm food. it is available the fridge and frizzer.

at the 5 level the frined of gabriel has one more apartament where realy he has own room.
the apartament is costitued from a single double room (the gabriels room) + 1 quadruple room with a external private bathroom. renting the quadruple room you have the partial use of the kitchen to share, living room to share, terrace to share. the rooms has saled with or without private bathroom

2 room japones stile with out windows and with share bathroom
that room are very economic but are very nice with jappones design. the rooms are with out window but are forzade aire and natural light.
there is one double room and one single room both with bed futon double.

of course, our preoccupation for an impeccable hygiene and constant neatness of the baths and showers, as well as of the whole property is something that does not happen unnoticed for our demanding guests.
all these services as well as the affection and knowledge of gabriel and xavier the responsibles of the reception will make your barcelona experience worth to be repeated.

attention attention:
gabriel offer only formule pre-paid realy economic. then in 15 day maximum from you date arrive you have to pay a deposit of 3 day accomodation following the instruction that gabriel will send to you by email. if you dont pay the deposit gabriel has the right to cancel your reservation without any responsability and he does not refound the hostelword deposit. .
in the formula prepaid in the apartament at the rambla are included breakfast self service internet partial use of the kitchen 1 use of wash machine free. ., self service breakfast and wash machine
it is obbligatory advise 2-3 day advance and 12-6 houre advance about arrival time and wich airport.

a1) the price is includede of the web site commission
a2) if you decide to pay by pay pal is not included of 5% cost commisssion of pay pal.
a) price of supplementar bed 20 euro/day

c) internet wi-fi connection is included barceloneta and barcelonasiesta does'nt have wi-fi internet included)
d) wash & dry machine all included 5 euro each use;

f) dvd copy 10 euro
g) at the apartament rambla the use of the kitchen is always availeble to make a coffe te milk, warm food, from the 9.00 to 22.00 o clock. in barceloneta and barcelonasiesta is private use exclusive of the guests.
h) the dayly cleaning of the rooms has a supplementary cost of 15 euro a days.
i) the towel are not included in the price. it cost 10 euro /room / dia.
l) included in the price: shets, shampo, rasor foam, douche jel, air dry, air condition, start-cleaning.

obbligatory to pay a cash the rest of the balance due at the arrival

check in and check out
please you dont have ring at the hostal turistol dont ring at the hosta turisol
you are obbligate to advise 6 hore before mister gabriel. in case you don't do thatt you dont have garancy of the room you booked
the check in start at 15.00 and closed at 20.00 pm. the check in after the below time will be charged: for check in between 23.00/00.00 it will cost 10,00 euro more, between 00.00/2.00 it will cost 20,00 euro more---betwenn 02,00/08.00 it will cost 30 euro more.....it is not charched at the hostal turistol ......but if you arrange on time the check in, gabriel usualy don't cherged....important it will be advise on time......remember that it is not at hotel but it is a b&b. thank you

check out 11am and the later (max 20.00 pm) cost 20 euro. but it is possible only if the room is still available
